Accommodation

The accommodation facilities will be available at a wide range of quality hotels conveniently situated in close proximity to the exhibition venue. Transfers can be availed, on chargeable basis through the official travel partner, to the exhibition venue and back to the exhibition hotels. The details of the Hotel and tariff are placed below. The participants are requested to book the hotels/rooms as per their requirement through official travel partner. The special rates mentioned below are applicable only for the duration of stay, during the exhibition. The special tariffs can be availed only on the bookings made through the official travel partners.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Important

• All hotels listed are Official Exhibition Hotels and rates are in INR (Indian Rupee), based on per room per night basis.
• Rooms can be booked for the official hotels by sending the full payment to the travel partners latest by February 10, 2012.
• All payment should reach the travel partners within five days of submitting the Accommodation Form through electronic mail/ fax or else the same booking shall stand cancelled thereby.
• Payment can also be made online via VISA/Master Credit Card or by Bank / International Wire Transfers. All applicable bank charges are to be borne by the sender/ guest. A bank charge of 2.5% will be levied for payments made through credit cards. Cancellation will be applicable as per policy mentioned below.
• Refunds will be made, within 30 days, post completion of the exhibition.
• Rooms may be subject to availability at the time of booking request. Confirmation will be given only on receiving the advance payment.

Additional Information

• Booking deadline on special rates validity is February 10, 2012.
• Special rates validity is subject to availability of rooms at the time of booking.
• Please specify the room type required to be booked. For e.g.: Single, Twin, Double.
• All rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes and breakfast.
• It is advisable to book your room(s) well in advance, to avoid disappointments.
• Any other meals besides breakfast are not included.
• All taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax / VAT) are Government mandated and may change. In case of any changes in tax structure by the Government, the revised tax amount will be applicable and will be payable by the Guest. Check-In / Checkout
• The check-in and checkout time is 1200 Noon. If arriving late night / early morning, for rooms, kindly get in touch with the conference managers, well in time to avoid inconvenience. The rooms with similar requests would be subject to availability.
• Rooms can be made available pre or post the duration of the exhibition, on request. The room/s may not be available at the mentioned special tariffs, depending on the availability.

Cancellation / Retention

Cancellations received before 90 days prior to check in date	No cancellation charges
Cancellations received between 90 – 60 days prior to check in date	One night room charge for rooms
Cancellations received between 59 - 30 days prior to check in date	Minimum 01 night or 25% of the total billing, whichever is higher, will be charged as retention
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to check in date	Full Retention
